Activa have a unique product for our clients in managing their documents online for them. This allows you and your staff to access your manuals and forms online print them, down load them, or even use them whilst within the site.

Control

Security is via password entry, one for each member of staff and in addition to design and configuration of your docuement set, or making adjustments for functionality of your existing documentation we also make adjustments to your manuals where we encounter problems across the board.

Secure

For example if at one client we encounter a challenge we have not met before, we will discuss it with you and if you agree with our solution we can implement it straight away - no worries about document control because it is all in one place. We keep the reocrds on line for all your document management so revision history is not an issue. All you have to do is make sure people are still doing it the way you wanted them to.

Up to date

We can additionally roll this into a package where we visit your site and assist in your internal auditing, and if you wish, assist during and after an external assessment.

Comprehensive

The standard fee for document management is #99.00 or $149.00 / month (plus VAT where applicable) Documents may be used in either Word or reprogrammed into Html by us. An inital set up fee to enliven, host and post the documentation is charged at #395.00 or $595.00
