Motivation of people has been an art practised by the successful for thousands of years. Give a responsive mind the tools they need to work with, the skills they need to use them and a reason for them to do it- you have real motivation! Getting the most out of your people, using motivation techniques , is all about giving people a reason to do what you want them to. Remove your ideas and give them what they really want!
Typical management style seems to dish out in a motivation guise is what leaders want themselves from career / life etc. We will talk more about true leadership within the site - inspiring others to follow you has to be what they want! What we will train you is how to get inside someone's head and learn to give them what they want not what you thought they wanted.
