demonstrate that a process is capable of producing desired results give sufficient evidence that would demonstrate the effectiveness of the quality system continually improve the effectiveness of the QMS We warned you it was coming! This applies to all your key processes and again the methods you use to improve them needs to be coherent and is a discussion topic within our community
