6.4 Work Environment
You need determine and manage the work environment to ensure customer requirements are met.
As before, this is taken as read, no documentary evidence is required, but the larger the company, the more important the plan becomes and the tighter your certification body will become. This is obviously more important for some companies than others, but it may well include for example the health of your IT environment, and how you maintain it, if you hold customer data.
