Quality Objectives
Top management shall ensure quality objectives are established at relevant functions and levels within the company. These objectives shall be measurable and consistent with the quality policy.
This should also dovetail with the business plan, any appraisals and should be reviewed and built upon at regular intervals.Quality management system planning

The planning of the quality system is carried out in order to meet the requirements given in 4.1 General Requirements as well as quality objectives The integrity of the QMS when changes are planned and implemented
