We DO NOT sell downloadable documents - if this is going to be your system it should fit how you do business, not how someone thinks you might do business. We can assure you that these documents will not help you reach certification and will only take you longer to maintain afterwards. This is why we do not sell them. There are plenty of sites which will though and there is a link to Google at the bottom if that is what you are after.

Now back to the standard - Doing what you say you do is no longer enough, a quality system must demonstrate that you show how you plan and action improvements. This can be as simple or as complicated as you wish - guess where we start! Get the basics right, and you are in a position to improve!

Making the right choice of an ISO 9000 consultant can make or break a system and it is difficult since it is very unlikely that you have much experience of quality system to know a good consultant from a bad one. If a system can be designed in such a way that it is easy for everyone to accomplish the tasks neccessary, the more complicated task of continuous improvement can be tackled from a position of control, not one of hope!
