Management consultancy is a varied, exciting and rewarding activity.If you can focus on providing value added solutions, ISO 9000 and many others, to clients you will be paid very well. The products in themselves are relatively straightforward to implement, the skill is to implement them well and identify other areas of opportunity for the brand. The recognition of these services is growing exponentially in those regions we have identified. We will provide you with the software and systems required for effective delivery of these services. We come to you initially and then periodically to train you and your staff in the latest techniques in marketing, branding, sales and consultancy. We develop the systems and software as the market alters and standards change - the knowledge logs. We remotely support you and your staff via e mail, telephone or fax on any queries you may have. Aside from regular updated sales forecasts and business plans, we require an annual franchise license plus a percentage of turnover dependent upon region and economic activity. We expect you to pay for our visits to help you develop your business (flights and accommodation). You will manage a motivated team of brilliant, customer focussed individuals and actively promote the brand and contribute to the updating of the knowledge logs for the benefit of the Activa family of businesses. |
