We are currently working with a large building society implementing ISO 9001 across the whole of it's contact centre, lending departments and then the entire branch network. The same rules of continuous improvement apply just as with every other business!
David Murfet has worked in this sector in number of roles and is strongly qualified to help other institutions as both this standard and the new ISO 27001 standard is increasing adopted by the financial sector.
David started in this sector with a degree in Banking and International Finance from City University. He then worked for three investment banks in London (Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers and the Sakura Bank - now owned by Mizuho Bank) before starting Activa Consulting.
