Continuous Improvement

This section of our website is new and will grow as customer and visitor demand dictates. It will be used to develop different methodologies of continuous improvement and attempt to explain them with real world examples. So if you have a process or business you would like to improve speak to us about it. We can critique it here and have others help you to do it too.

Firstly though, we have just published a newsletter about process mapping - just the basics though, just to get a line in the sand. Here it is - Process Mapping Newsletter

If you would like to see something addressed specifically to you, please let us know and we can explore it here, contact us either through the community, or use the contact page - links are below.

Things we may well consider in this section:
(these are now linked, but possibly only to blank pages as they have not yet been developed)

  • Lean Thinking
  • Work Cells
  • Change Management Training
  • Advanced Process Mapping
  • The diary of a continuous improvement consultant (name's changed to protect the innocent!)
  • League tables of easily benchmarkable concepts
  • A glossary of all typical improvement tools used as part of improving a business
  • Click this link to go to the new continuous improvement specific forum

My question to you is how happy is your company to collaborate in an online project that is visible to the world. If you would like to collaborate in a password protected area of the site, we can arrange that. If you are happy to participate with the world watching, you get more eyes on your project (which can be managed through the forum (and our help). You can post request for benchmarking topics, which we can run for you and generally work with you internally or externally as you require. We already run differnt varieies of benchmarked customer surveys across different sectors, we could also help you benchmark pretty much any of your current processes. This part of the web site and the community is as powerful as you want it to be. Contact us below!
