We have two bulletin boards, moderated by the David Murfet - the Managing Director, with the concept of a free exchange of views between people with management issues. For particularly helpful points / FAQs we may take excerpts from the board and post them in the relevant section of our site. We intend to improve the services we offer our customers by listening to them. Whilst I (David) am not the best web designer in the world by a long way, I do understand the concept of talking to you - my visitor, and maybe even my customer in the future. The more we can all contribute, the more we all succeed. Additionally we are opening up our latest section Continuous Improvement to all to allow lots of user interaction with this site.

We have a newsletter you can subscribe to - please complete the section in the CONTANT US section. If there is information you would like - ask us - if lots of people ask, it tends to get added to the site under an appropriate section - that is how we grow the site!.

There is one exception - we cannot send / give you a copy of the standard and the requirements themselves. These are protected by copyright - and yes we do get asked a lot (hence this entry). We would ask you to take a look at our section title ISO 9001:2000 standard, which gives our interpretation fo the various sections. You can then buy your copy from your local provider (not us) who is apppointed by ISO themselves. In the UK, the authorised publishers of standards are BSi.

Why? Because they are worthless. There are plenty of sites you can buy these from - but they don't describe your business, and they won't help your business. We are only interested in helping you. We have a number of current clients who have paid for this type of material, only to discard it when they wanted to control their system, not the other way around.

We are encouraging you to use this site, since it is the best way we can help you now and provide you with the help you are looking for in the future! Yes we really do want to listen but you must commit yourself to get involved! If a particular section becomes popular we will devote more than one page to that subject.

It would appear with the increased government spending, there has been a marked increase in clients asking us "how can I at least demonstrate I am working toward ISO 9001:2000 because the tender list requires this as a minimum?" We are also looking to launch our newest offering to our customers - the e-consultant. Since the requirements of the new ISO 9000 Standard are much more oriented to the planning, objective, improvement cycle, much more consultative work can be carried out at our offices, without the travel costs we usually incur. Utilising the power of the web, only auditing itself still needs to be carried out in person, which means we are now actively seeking new projects overseas as well as across the UK at significantly reduced fee, where we can carry out the majority of the work over the web.
